Refund policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Exchanges Only — No Change-of-Mind Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed, as Estylo Living commences processing orders immediately upon order confirmation. Please choose carefully before ordering.

To assist you in the decision-making process, we encourage you to use our 5 samples for $15 service so you know exactly what you are getting before placing your order.

Exchange Eligibility and Process

• All tiles can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for an exchange, you must be the original, full-paying customer on the order. If you did not purchase the tiles yourself, you are not eligible for an exchange.
• All returns for exchange must be for the entire quantity of tiles from the original order. Partial returns, spares, or leftover tiles will not be accepted for return or exchange. We suggest listing any leftover/spare tiles on Gumtree or Facebook Marketplace, as these are often popular with local buyers.
• Return shipping to Estylo Living is to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
• A 25% restocking fee applies to any exchange.
